Dear, Club, Area, and Division Leaders:
I would like to encourage you to read all the Speech Contest rules and get your digital contest materials (FOR FREE) by clicking here or type http://www.toastmasters.org/speechcontestkits. You should also read the frequently asked questions by going to www.toastmasters.org/speechcontestfaq. I believe that this will give you a complete idea of how Toastmasters International would like the contests to be managed.
You will soon receive an e-mail (from Lt Governor Of Education and Training: Larry Goldsmith) which will outline specifics about when a Club or Area is allowed to advance two contestants. If you have any speech contest questions after reading the resources provided in that e-mail or today’s e-mail, please contact us directly or simply email questions to speechcontests@toastmasters.org.
