I looked all over and can&#039;t find the opening time.
I sure hope I don&#039;t miss anything if I show up at 9.

		<description>I work at the Holiday Inn Eastgate and will be attending the Toastmasters conference this weekend. I know that Sears is very particular about who parks in the mall parking lot and will sometimes tow cars in their lot if they believe the owners to be at our hotel. I just wanted to give anyone planning on attending the conference a heads up. I would not suggest parking in the mall parking lot for any extended length of time. There is pleanty of free parking around the outside of our hotel.</description>

		<description>Sarah, we have ways.....  (insert evil laugh)  O.K... serious now.  Yes, really.  The district leadership helps the planning committee ensure we have the tools we need to look up education achievements.  :)  Although, the BEST way to show off your achievement is to have a name badge from Toastmasters International w/the achievements displayed.  I believe mine cost around $10. 

Theresa, I believe Eileen James, Lt. Gov. of Marketing was working out some special deals for brand new clubs, but this is separate from the actual conference pricing and I believe she did have some fairly early deadlines.  Please refer to materials and communications you have received as part of your activity in chartering the new club.  

Marty, YES the two contests and the business meeting are FREE to attend.  Please come cheer on your fellow Toastmasters who are competing and come lend your vote to the business side of our Toastmasters&#039; District. As for attire on Saturday evening.  I suspect that most anything from business casual to dressy &quot;goes&quot;.  The most important thing is for everyone to have FUN!!  We wil all have had a busy day of learning, competing, and networking. Saturday night is a chance to celebrate everyone&#039;s achievements and unwind a bit.</description>
