The District map is made available by a volunteer, Nigel Reed, DTM, a Division Governor from Plano, TX, District 50. Nigel apparently chose this project as his way giving back to Toastmasters. His map project provides basic information about all Toastmasters club meeting locations worldwide.

If you have participated in anything like this, then you can probably appreciate the fact that Mr. Reed has had to narrow the scope of this project. He cannot personally verify that every pushpin on the map is in its precisely correct location. And here is where you can help.

   What if there's an error? Can we update our meeting location?

A higher priority is to ensure that Toastmasters International itself has correct meeting information (location, time, contacts).

Get your club number and then click here to check.

After you have done that, then as a second priority, you can update your meeting location.

  1. Click here.
  2. Find the field where you can provide your club number, provide it, and click Submit.
  3. In the next page, drag and drop your site marker to the correct meeting location.
 

How will we know when our change is processed?

Your update may be processed immediately or only after several weeks. Please allow Mr. Reed at least 3 weeks. He reports status on his project blog.
