(Lexington, KY, 3/21/2019) — Gopi Kallayil Chief Evangelist, Brand Marketing at Google will be the keynote speaker at the annual district conference of Toastmasters International District 40 in Lexington, KY. Gopi is a leading voice advocating the business value of mindfulness — a practiced nonjudgmental in-the-moment awareness rooted in meditation, Buddhism and yoga. Companies like Google, as well as General Mills, Target, and Nike not only encourage but teach mindfulness. More and more research is showing it benefits creativity, problem solving and performance and leads to healthier, more productive employees.
